Oxypur or Oxypur based products make effective non-toxic disinfectant agent, more effective at killing pathogens than bleach, when used in combination with vinegar. It can be used to cleanse cooking & food preparation areas and studies hint at this being effective to kill even heavy contamination of Salmonella, Shigella, or E. coli bacteria as a vinegar combo.
